The MESC People Services branch serves close to 500 staff employed by MESC. The People Services branch is responsible for recruiting, hiring supporting staff; benefits; classification and compensation; occupational health and safety, health recovery and employee and family assistance; as well as staff relations.
People Services provides leadership, advice and assistance to support respectful learning and working environments based on Wâhkôhtowin.
